Welcome to IWBF 2025! Please select your registration type (standard or student discount), and note that if you are presenting a paper at the workshop. at least one of the authors must register at the standard registration rate (i.e., no PhD/Master Student discounts) before the camera ready deadline. Each author registration covers only one paper. Additional authors can benefit from some discount.
Both standard and discount registrations include the Gala Dinner on April 24. If you are bringing someone else to the dinner, please purchase an "Extra Gala Dinner Ticket" per accompanying person.
Information on Photo Shoots
We draw your attention to the fact that the International Workshop on Biometrics and Forensics is a closed event with a public character at which photos will be taken. It cannot be ruled out that you may be directly or indirectly identified in the photographs. The photographs are used for the public relations work of the Research Institute CODE (the legal basis for the above-mentioned data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 (1) lit. e, para. 2, para. 3 DSGVO in relation with § 3 BDSG) and may be published on the RI CODE website and social media channels of the FI CODE or its professorships, as well as in print media. Film and sound recordings will not be made.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you can contact the photographer directly. Photos not used after the event will be deleted immediately. Published photos will be removed from our website and deleted after seven years at the latest.
